As an organization based in Japan, every day, we see and hear the real-time turmoil caused by the sequence of earthquake, tsunami and continuing nation-wide fear of nuclear radiation leakage.
We hope to connect the people who need help and who are willing to help but need some guidance, overcoming linguistic and country barriers.

<Project Plan>
1.Provision of timely and needed information to potential supporters
(including foreign supporters)
As P4C is well connected with a global network of potential supporters of this earthquake relief efforts, we would like to assist in providing informative links to aid the understanding of the disaster and current climate / situation in Japan. Some of the selected links are available in English.

2.Fund-raising for donation of relief supplies and volunteer support for Japan 2011 Earthquake
P4C plans to raise funds for purchasing relief supplies which are likely to be in demand for the long-term refugees of the disaster.
Currently, the main delivery route for relief supplies is through the local governments of Japan.
On March 28, we have already delivred 8 boxes of 24-pack bottles of mineral water to the Tokyo government’s efforts. We plan to provide continuous support to the efforts of local governments & other NPOs.

3. Participation in on-site volunteering efforts
P4C currently does not have the strength to host an entire on-site volunteer tour, but we are trying our best to participate in these activities to our gratest possible extent.
On Saturday April 15th, P4C participated in the on-site volunteering effort of a local goup in Tokyo.
